Root was one office when I got there. We grew it to $25M+ before Accenture bought it. At ZoomCare I led operations and people. We rebuilt how primary care gets delivered, and I took it from 2 clinics to 7 and built the systems that carried it to 26, outside capital, and an acquisition.
I know what a business looks like from the inside when it's working, and when it's about to come off the rails. Most owners feel it before they can name it. My job is to name it, and then get the team to do something about it.
I've facilitated 350+ full-day sessions with more than 40 companies, privately held and PE-backed.

WHO I WORK WITH
I work primarily with privately held, founder-led, and multigenerational family businesses, typically from about $5M to $250M in revenue. I also work with select PE-backed companies where the fit is right.
The industries vary. What matters is the team: ambitious, honest with each other, and open to being challenged. Most teams aren't there yet. That's usually the work.
